Registration is compulsory for anyone to participate in the Congress, Scientific Sessions and Oral/Poster Presentation. To participate, you are not obliged to give an oral or a poster presentation. Registration forms should be fully completed together with the payment and the registration will be confirmed to the paricipants after receipt of the above documents.

  • Only registered delegates will be permitted to present and participate in the scientific sessions and oral/poster presentation.
  • Oral and poster presentation is not mandatory to participate in the congress.
  • One registered participant can present only one paper.
  • Proof of student status is required. A letter from the Research Guide or Head of the Department/Institution to be send along with registration form is mandatory for students.
  • One photograph must be included in the registration form.
  • The registration fee includes participation in the full scientific program, the conference kit, all breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks, the conference dinner and social events.
  • There will be no registration if the required number of delegates exceeded.
  • Delegates are requested to complete the registration formalities along with the payment to the secretariat within November, 30th, 2022, to avail early bird registration benefits.
  • Total number of participants in the congress is limited & registration will be first come first serve basis. Registration fee is non-refundable.
